Dr. Jenna Jebitsch is a licensed psychologist who focuses on using cognitive-behavioral approaches including dialectical behavior therapy to help individuals learn about their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to help them gain insight about their overall health and their relationships, and to find effective strategies to manage stress, depression, and anxiety; as well as having expertise in grief counseling and helping individuals cope with medical issues. Ms. Cara Koslow a licensed professional counselor treating from a trauma-informed perspective and a psychodynamic approach, which help clients identify early established relational patterns to understand how thoughts, feelings, and beliefs impact current relationships with the self and others. Cara is also a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health-Certified) practitioner through Postpartum Support International and has expertise in treating mental health concerns surrounding the perinatal period (i.e.: infertility, pregnancy/infant loss, depression, anxiety/OCD, birth trauma, psychosis). Additional specialization areas include women’s issues, complex trauma, PTSD and narcissistic abuse healing. Other theories incorporated into treatment include internal family systems, object relations, and attachment theories; and skills identified in cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies are applied when appropriate.
