Thank you! *** Dr. Jenna Jebitsch is a licensed psychologist who focuses on using cognitive-behavioral approaches including dialectical behavior therapy to help individuals learn about their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to help them gain insight about their overall health and their relationships, and to find effective strategies to manage stress, depression, and anxiety; as well as having expertise in grief counseling and helping individuals cope with medical issues. Ms. Cara Koslow is a licensed professional counselor and a certified perinatal mental health practitioner through Postpartum Support International. She has expertise in the treatment of postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and postpartum psychosis, as well as women’s issues, narcissistic abuse recovery, and complex trauma. Ms. Koslow uses a variety of strategies to help her clients including insight oriented approaches, interpersonal therapy, internal family systems theory, and dialectical behavior therapy.
