Life can be difficult at times. Every so often people need a safe environment to express their worries and frustrations. I enjoy working with adults and young adults to help alleviate anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I see a client's full potential and hold onto that vision for them until they can begin to see it for themselves. I will challenge you in various ways to help increase your self-esteem and view yourself in a more positive light. I employ an integrative approach in individual counseling. I use modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I individualize treatment to each client's specific needs, as not all people benefit from the same techniques. I also specialize in psychological and neuropsychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults. I am trained in administering IQ, ADHD, academic, adaptive functioning, personality, and neurocognitive assessments. In the process of evaluating my clients, I help them optimize their strengths and maximize their life potential.
