Introduction

Everyone is capable of change, and I strive to help individuals realize where they can enhance work, life, and relationships further. I collaboratively use evidenced-based treatments to identify unhelpful patterns and redefine old values in order to live a more authentic and rewarding life. A trusting and genuine therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth, and through this space you will gain insight, awareness, and be gently challenged to see new perspectives and solutions. Though direct, my style is warm, relational, and empowering. I am dedicated to providing culturally sensitive and empathic therapy, and I acknowledge the influence of intersectionality on oppressive systems and marginalized groups. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities rooted in trauma-informed care to create a highly personalized and dynamic treatment that evolves as your goals are met. Taking this step towards healing can feel difficult, but the therapy room-whether in-person or virtual-can be immensely beneficial and rewarding.
