Dr. Jen has dedicated her career to helping children and teens become their strongest, happiest, most resilient selves. Dr. Jen specializes in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and Sandplay Therapy. Child-Centered Play Therapy is evidence-based and the most developmentally appropriate type of therapy for children ages 3 to 10. With pre-teens and teenagers, Dr. Jen utilizes individualized, playful, and creative methods that tap into the unconscious mind for powerful transformation and healing. A favorite therapeutic option at Dr. Jen's practice is the inclusion of Eliot, the Therapy Dog, in sessions.
