Introduction

I work alongside you to help you manage anxiety, depression, stress, and the challenges of daily living. I specialize in work with those who have experienced trauma and help clients build upon their internal resilience and strengths. I also help families and couples navigate the complexities of significant life transitions (e.g., marriage, bring a new child into the home) and the experience of existing in close relationship. I help romantic partners and families of all types move towards more adaptive lives--together. As a clinician, research and professor, I utilize evidence-based techniques to work alongside clients as they navigate difficulty, explore their identity, and work towards thriving in their individual lives and close relationships.
