Introduction

Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical counselor, author, and an artist. I hold a doctorate in psychology. Being well versed in numerous modalities of healing methods while combining Western and Eastern practices, I like addressing mind-body-spirit connection. My expertise and passion is treating emotional-somatic trauma and cognitive restructuring. While working together, you might find yourself hiking a canyon, creating art, working with equine, or traditional talk therapy addressing maladaptive thought patterns or chakra cleansing via Tibetan healing bowls. As our work progresses, you will find your self gaining confidence, feeling empowered, and feeling stronger. No matter where you are on the journey, I will meet you there. Ask me about different workshops designed for individualistic needs, such as mindfulness and focusing on the present, spiritual awakening, assertiveness and boundaries, resiliency building, anxiety or depression coping strategies. In addition, I am offering individual weekend reset retreat where the magic of change truly happens, right here at Hawk's Rest Ranch at the foothills of Mission Mountains in Ronan, MT.
