Dr. Hope Beavers is the founder and CEO of Elevating You, PLLC. She has over 10 years of experience providing mental health services in Washington, DC and Maryland. Dr. Hope holds a Ph.D. in Social Work Administration from Walden University, as well as Master of Social Work (Howard University) and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology degrees (Fayetteville State University), respectively. Dr. Hope is passionate about helping others heal from adversity and trauma. She is an expert and has lived experiences in adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and post-traumatic growth. Dr. Hope utilizes trauma-focused therapeutic treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a coaching model to empower her partners and help them achieve their full potential. She provides consultations services to multiple industries around ACEs and promoting growth after trauma. She also provides consultations around professional quality of life for helping professionals, specifically social workers who have experienced ACEs.
