Dr. Roso offers psychological and neuropsychological testing services for adults and adolescents (16 yrs+) and therapy for adults. Her focus is on neuropsychological assessments for ADHD, autism, learning disorders, and cognitive strengths and functioning, including giftedness and IQ assessments. She provides psychological evaluations for diagnosis of mood and personality disorders and fit for duty evaluations. Testing services provide insight into strengths and growth areas, as well as a general understanding of functional ability and degree of deficit. Testing is also helpful in tailoring recommendations and clarifying and/or confirming diagnoses. Dr. Roso approaches each person with care and consideration. Her goal is to provide a comprehensive and quality evaluation that offers information needed to assist in developing a treatment plan for next steps. In addition to assessments, Dr. Roso offers therapy focusing on the unique experiences and issues women face. Issues commonly addressed in therapy include work-life balance, relationships, stress management, enhanced mental health, societal pressures, life transitions related to career and family changes, coping with uncertain feelings or an uncertain future, finding purpose in the wake of becoming an empty-nester, and caring for aging parents. She works with clients to help develop strategies for coping with and overcoming stressors, to help regulate emotional responses to stressors, and to gain more clarity and confidence around life’s challenges. She looks forward to developing a therapy plan to meet your determined clinical goals and would be honored to support you on your journey toward success and well-being.
