Introduction

When working with clients, I am focused on building resilience, solutions for current problems, and self compassion. Many providers maintain very high caseloads and are unable to offer the attention and availability that each client needs. I maintain a small caseload to dedicate the full attention and pace you need to feel better sooner. Your treatment will be individually tailored and structured, and resources will be provided so you can continue to make progress in between sessions. Communication is my highest priority. You would not need to navigate through office staff to reach me, but can send direct, private messages to me through the client portal. I also offer a few weekly online self-scheduling appointments for urgent therapeutic needs. I have maintained an active psychology license in NC for over 15 years. I offer in-person appointments within the Raleigh area, and video appointments for NC residents, and residents of Psypact states (https://psypact.gov/mpage/psypactmap). Education: Bachelor of Arts- Villanova University, Villanova PA Bachelor of Science in Business Administration- Villanova University, Villanova PA Master of Science- Suffolk University, Boston MA Doctor of Psychology- Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Chicago IL Internship- North Florida/ South Georgia Veterans Health System, Gainesville FL Post-doctoral Fellowship- University of Florida Health Science Center, Gainesville FL
