I'm Dr. Eva Dittrich, Licensed Clinical Psychologist (CA 32753), Certified Professional Coach, and Yoga Therapist. My passion is helping people build insight, heal, grow, and proactively improve life using a holistic approach that combines cognitive, emotional, movement and mindfulness-based, expressive, and behavioral processes. I provide psychotherapy via video technology for diverse adults, adolescents, couples, and families to help with issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, conflict resolution, self-esteem, body image, relationships, attachment, behavioral problems, adolescent and young adult issues, aging, infidelity, divorce, blended families, women's issues, emotional abuse, and narcissism. No health insurance accepted at this time. I accept HSA/FSA cards and debit/credit cards for payment and can provide super bills for health insurance reimbursement.
