I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work and more than 20 years of experience in treating acute, chronic, and complex trauma. I have had the privilege of working with individuals across all ages and I believe that nurturing a kinder, gentler relationship with yourself and others can lead to a deeper sense of connection and fulfillment. My approach is centered around creating a warm, safe, and inclusive space where you can truly express yourself and feel heard. Using a strength-based and client focused approach, my goal is to help you build on your inherent strengths and navigate a path to healing that feels right for you.
