Introduction

Find Healing. Find Hope. You're Not Alone. At Blessed Behavioral & Health Services LLC, we believe in providing trauma-informed, culturally competent, and evidence-based therapy that supports your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our mission is to walk with you through your journey toward healing—offering a personalized treatment plan that meets you where you are. Whether in-person or through telehealth, we’re committed to accessible and convenient care for all. My journey began in nursing, where I cared for patients’ physical needs but saw how emotional and spiritual wounds often went untreated. While serving in healthcare and ministry, I felt called to bridge that gap. I pursued a DNP in psychiatric mental health to offer compassionate, faith-integrated, evidence-based care. Through personal trials and professional growth, I founded Blessed Behavioral & Health Services to create a safe, judgment-free space where healing happens holistically—mind, body, and spirit. This work is not just my profession but my calling and purpose. Working with me begins with a comprehensive, trauma-informed intake to understand your history, goals, and strengths. I provide a safe, client-centered space where healing unfolds at your pace. My approach is culturally competent and rooted in evidence-based practices, often integrating faith and holistic care. Progress looks like increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and restored confidence. I specialize in supporting teens, you adults, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and chronic stress, and life transitions—especially those seeking faith-integrated, compassionate care. You’ll be met with respect, collaboration, and unwavering support throughout your journey. “You are not alone—and your story matters.”
