I earned my Doctoral degree from Capella University in 2022 and my Master's degree from the University of Phoenix in 2016. I am board certified through the National Board for Certified Counselors and a designated examiner with the State of Utah. I enjoy working with others who are invested in making changes in their lives. I offer an open-minded approach without judgment and positive regard for others. I recognize the value in each person and their capacity to learn and grow. I am fully trained and experienced in EMDR. I am passionate about recovery, empowerment, and healing that provides peace and serenity.
