Welcome! I am Dr. Pellegrino ~ Therapist, Supervisor, and Professor committed to cultivating engaging therapeutic and educational spaces. Life experience, extensive education, and clinical training facilitate my comprehensive approach. My therapeutic space welcomes all the mess and creates a supportive, collaborative environment to Talk, Think, Grow ~ moving clients through challenges while empowering them to embrace authenticity, navigate relationships confidently, and make choices that align with personal values and goals. Together, we explore individual strengths, confront limiting beliefs, and develop the tools to create fulfillment. While licensure, certification, and education are extremely important and set high standards of care, my clients often say that it is my passion for this work, keen attunement to their experience, and steadfast commitment to their desired growth which shines through the most. I am deeply dedicated to compassionate engagement, meeting my clients where they are, and fostering collaboration while utilizing empirically-based treatment approaches for their holistic well-being and personal growth.
