My specialization is in depth psychotherapy, which is focused on getting to the bottom of our emotional issues, like how our experiences influenced our personality, and delves into the unconscious to explore the roots of our desires and pain. While this can be done short-term and solution-focused, the people who are the best fit for this approach are looking for a long-term commitment to understand themselves and relate to their pain more skillfully. I do not promise quick-fixes, my focus is on deep and meaningful change. I bridge the quality of analytic depth psychology with the flexibility of online teletherapy. I offer increased confidentiality, flexible session frequency and length, and greater control over treatment decisions by operating independently on a private-pay basis. I offer a sliding scale based on income and availability. Every moment contains the possibility for healing and transformation.
