I'm a psychotherapist and a coach. I combine scientific knowledge with perennial wisdom to help you restore your well-being, reach your career goals, and improve your relationships. I specialize in trauma treatment and couples therapy ( Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy). I have a lifelong interest in psychology, relationships, and spirituality. I have studied Clinical Psychology in Germany and earned the degree Diplom Psychologin. I also hold a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy.
