I am a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor with a doctoral degree in Pastoral Community Counseling and a Master of Divinity Degree. My practice is called The Randolph Group, LLC and is located in Richmond. Virginia. I specialize in tailoring therapy and treatment interventions to meet the client where they are. Much of my clinical experience was gained in community mental health (CMH) agencies. I am also certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional, Sex Offender Treatment Provider and Master Addiction Counselor giving me particular expertise in substance use disorders and mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss as well as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am also a DOT SAP and NRC SAE certified evaluator.
