I believe in a holistic approach to counseling and therapy and provide full-spectrum and client-specific treatment in a warm and non-judgmental setting. Most of us lead complicated and stressful lives and often find ourselves unable to cope with the many challenges facing us on a daily basis. I am both a yoga teacher and therapist and utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. I draw from various therapeutic approaches to address the unique needs of each client. I also incorporate mindfulness, breathing, and meditation into sessions when it is appropriate for dealing with stress, anxiety, and related issues. I believe in a strong client/therapist relationship characterized by trust and empowerment. I specialize in working with both heterosexual and LGBTQIA+ issues. I also have extensive experience working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, relationship issues, vocational concerns, and disabilities of all kinds. My job is to help you identify meaningful and relevant solutions to your problems and cultivate the tools necessary to better navigate daily life and improve your overall well-being. Everyone deserves to experience fulfillment and connection in their relationships and within themselves and I work with clients to achieve these goals.
