I offer both in-person and Telehealth appointments. I also offer some weekend and evening appointments. We often learn to cope with difficulties through developing cognitive and relational patterns. These patterns can influence how someone relates to themselves, others, and the world around them. It can be easy to get caught up in one way of thinking or connecting with others. Should we work together, my hope is to help you explore these patterns and develop ways of living a life filled with intention so as to create greater meaning and purpose. I often serve people struggling with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive concerns, anger, depression, shame, feelings of low self-worth, relationship challenges, and other concerns. I work with a wide array of different people and backgrounds. I offer individual psychotherapy for those who are 13 and up as well as couples and marriage counseling. Finding the right therapist can be daunting at times. This is especially the case when feeling stuck, hopeless, anxious, or overwhelmed. If you have questions about whether we might be a good fit working together, feel free to give me a call and I would be happy to talk with you about it.
