Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), as well as a Medication, Assisted Treatment Specialist (MATS) in the State of Georgia. I grew up in Philadelphia, PA, and relocated to the Metro Atlanta Area in 2012. I have 23 years of experience in the realm of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. I am recognized for being an experienced, empathetic, down-to-earth, and kind mental health professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addiction issues, relationship issues, and parenting concern. I also helped many people who have experienced emotional abuse. I am specifically trained in addiction and have worked with clients in all stages of life. My clinical experience includes the use of CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based practices in the treatment of clients. My counseling style is sincere and collaborative. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and kindness. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your individual needs and meet you where you are. It takes courage to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that first step, I am here to support and assist you as you work toward reaching your desired goals. I look forward to working with you! Dr. Gray
