Introduction

I offer therapy for teens and adults, and psychological testing for children (ages 5+), teens, and adults. As a therapist, I help teens and adults overcome low self-worth and people-pleasing. Do you prioritize everyone’s needs ahead of your own? Always putting yourself last can leave you feeling drained, resentful, anxious, and depressed. You might even feel like you're losing yourself while trying to keep everyone else happy. Therapy can give you the tools and support you need to break free from the cycle of self-doubt and people-pleasing so that you can create a more balanced and fulfilling life. If you or your child is struggling to focus or learn, psychological testing can help. I specialize in psychological testing for ADHD, learning disorders (such as dyslexia), autism, and mental health conditions. Throughout the testing process, I work closely with clients and their families to uncover the root causes of their challenges in school, work, emotions, and relationships. Fully understanding yourself or your child is an essential first step in getting the right treatment and support. Testing can give you the relief that comes from finally understanding what is going on and how to make things better. If you think that therapy or testing might be helpful, contact me today for a free 15-minute phone consultation. You can also learn more by visiting my website at evermaypsychology.com.
