Introduction

As a licensed professional counselor, I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults in various clinical settings. I treat various issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem & identity issues, and more. I strive to assist my clients with developing coping skills for daily life, stronger positive relationships with others, and increased client independence. I work to create a non-judgmental, safe space for individuals to feel comfortable and respected. I am privileged to walk alongside clients who have reached out for assistance. As a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, I work with those struggling with grief and loss. Whether my clients are struggling with the loss of a loved one, pet, or circumstance/life event, I am here to assist my clients through this unique and challenging process. In addition, career burnout has been on the rise for clients due to many environmental factors. I have extensive experience assisting clients struggling with career burnout, especially healthcare professionals. I incorporate various engaging holistic counseling approaches and psychotherapeutic methods into my sessions, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and more.
