Introduction

Let me first commend you on taking the initial step to enhance your mental wellness. Dealing with unresolved trauma, struggling with life transitions such as concerns during pregnancy and postpartum, trying to manage anger, stress, depression or anxiety on your own can all be overwhelming. But you don't have to deal with it alone. In a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment, I enjoy assisting clients with learning and discovering ways to cope and address mental barriers they are facing in life. Specialties include: EMDR (trauma/PTSD therapy), Maternal Mental Health, Women issues and other concerns listed above. Using a cognitive behavioral approach by challenging self-defeating thoughts, I assist clients with tapping into their inner strengths in order to process through life transitions, traumatic experiences, grief, managing anxiety and/or depressive symptoms & more. I provide clients the tools and guidance needed to help them design the life they want to live. Being a wife, mother of 3 (including a micropreemie) and career woman, I know firsthand how life can be overwhelming at times. I also know that finding the right therapist can be a tedious task. That is why I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation so that you can ask all the questions you need to see if we would be a good fit.
