Introduction

With over 25 years of experience, I am a connection specialist that helps clients foster relationships with themselves and others. I assist in uncovering blind spots that keep people stuck in unhappy places. Working with me you will be supported in standing in your truth as you manage work, interpersonal relationships, and life dynamics. I facilitate the process of you finding HAPPY every day! I am an independently dually licensed clinical social worker in Maryland and Georgia. I am a Board Certified Diplomate (BCD) in Clinical Social Work. My Ph.D. is in International Psychology. I take a culturally informed and responsive approach in working with others. I value the dignity and worth of each individual. Does life have a way of throwing curveballs at you? I believe that we all need a little help sometimes. I assist my clients to explore feelings that accompany setback, failure, rejection, and disappointment. Feelings are critical to identify and manage as they motivate behavior. Thoughts and beliefs are also critical to examine with the support of a seasoned professional that offers unconditional positive regard. I specialize in connections with significant others, children, family friends, colleagues, employees, and supervisors. Most importantly, I work to bolster connections with self to support authentic connections with others. As a trained Leadership Coach, I offer consulting, coaching, and public speaking to increase connected leadership. The leaders I work with are ready to actualize their leadership legacy, yet seek a partner to navigate leadership dilemmas. I help illuminate the path to sharpening your approach and propelling your leadership to unparalleled heights. Working with me will elevate and expand connecting to yourself as you, • CONQUER CONTROL • YOUR PIVOT GAME • ALIGN YOUR THOUGHTS, WORDS, AND ACTIONS The only limits that exist are the ones you create for yourself. Rise above, shine within: transcend and extend your intrinsic dynamism.. What do you want more of? What are you willing to do to get it? Increase your effectiveness and authenticity as a leader - with grace, truth, and acceptance for yourself and your team.
