Introduction

I am a psychotherapist specializing in trauma-informed care and integrative therapies. I utilize EMDR and other bottom-up approaches such as somatic, polyvagal, and IFS-informed therapy for trauma and trauma-related disorders. While integrative therapies are the core of my treatment approach, I believe that every client is unique and deserves a personalized approach. I am trained in classical psychoanalysis and brief psychodynamic interventions. In addition, I am trained in cognitive and behavioral modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
