Helping adults overcome anxiety disorders, OCD, and perfectionism is my bread and butter and where my expertise lies. I also have extensive experience treating issues related to body image dissatisfaction, eating disorders, low self-esteem, identity development, life transition difficulties, depression, and relationship and interpersonal concerns.
