Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology (MSCP). With over seven years of experience as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and groups across a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns. My background in clinical psychopharmacology provides a deeper understanding of the biological underpinnings of mental illness, which I integrate thoughtfully into treatment planning. I work with both adolescents and adults, and I approach therapy holistically — drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and other evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs.
