I also work with young, middle age adults and couples. Using Psychotherapy, cognitive and behavioral models, and varying approaches, I partner with individuals and their families to develop necessary skills to improve their quality of life. I do not utilize a one size fits all model as all situations are unique and should be treated as such. Currently accepting NEW CLIENTS. My specialized training includes Clinical School Social Work. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is a very beneficial approach employed when working with this population of clients. As a culturally sensitive practitioner I am especially equipped to provide Christian Counseling as well as to integrate aspects of culture and its impact on ones life in session. Using a strengths-based approach, I aim to empower clients to find solutions to their problems and to assist them in developing skills necessary to maintain emotional stability.
