Introduction

As human being, I know that life situations could be difficult to manage by our own. However, past traumas, bad relationships (toxic/domestic abuse), stress, divorces, financial struggles, mental health disorders, depression, grieves...DON"T have to determine our life moving forward. IT IS POSSIBLE to recover from those big stones that we find in our life path! I love to work with my clients from a healing/recovery perspective and none judgmental attitude to help them get a better quality of life. As a professional, I completed a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico in 2003 and a Doctorate Degree with emphasis in psychology in 2012, from the same institution. I have worked in numerous roles such as colleges, clinical supervisor, private practice with emphasis in Domestic Violence and trauma related issues. In 2016, I started to practice psychology in New Jersey completing my post doctoral supervised hours in Community Mental Health in a bilingual clinical setting (Spanish and English). I like working with adults, teenagers and their families with special experience in: anxiety, anger, feeling sad and hopeless, frustration, guilt, trauma, domestic violence.
