We will explore what's been working and what hasn't (you've made it this far haven't you!) I will offer techniques to help you manage big feelings, think more clearly, and be more motivated- especially if you are a helper or caregiver. I stretch my virtual hand out to you as an invitation to support you. We can walk together, sit together, and explore together.
