Introduction

My approach to psychotherapy is psychoanalytically based and founded on the premise that healing and personal growth occur within the context of a consistent, safe, and trusting relationship that allows for the exploration and expression of your true self. The therapeutic process offers the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the repetitive thoughts, feelings, and patterns that prevent you from living a healthier and more fulfilled life, including relationships and professional pursuits. By getting to know yourself more deeply, you are afforded greater freedom in making choices that are aligned with your real needs and desires. Believing that you have innate knowledge that makes you your own greatest teacher, I aim to serve as a guide, walking with you along the path to discovering your highest self and fostering authentic connections within and without.
