Introduction

I offer a collaborative counseling environment to both individuals and couples seeking clarity, progress, and peace during challenging times. I partner with you to confront issues head-on, equip you with tools to overcome unhelpful patterns, and offer research-based guidance to facilitate healing and growth. I enjoy working with individuals and couples to get to the "heart of the matter", improve patterns, facilitate healing and reach new maturity. Overall, I strive to foster a collaborative space for clients to safely do meaningful work based on your individual, cultural, and spiritual needs. As a Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I draw on a decade of clinical experience to compassionately treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, insomnia, relationship problems and other concerns with an integrative approach that draws from therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT, CPT, Schema Therapy and others. You don't need to navigate life's challenges alone. Take the first step by scheduling a complementary 15-minute phone consultation. Together, we will confidentially explore your goals and determine if my integrative approach - combining evidence-based techniques with a genuine healing relationship - is a good fit to support your healing and wellness journey.
