Introduction
My practice includes three main therapy types: Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral and Motivational Interviewing. These therapies are geared towards using your experiences and expertise about yourself to develop new ways to deal with issues. I have 24 years in the field having delivered outpatient and homebased services to children, adults, couples and families. I spent 7 years as the manager of the Children's Behavioral Health System in Maine and 17 years in practice, managment and supervision of clinicians and programs.
