Hi, I possess an MS, LPC, CAADC, and CAMS-II. I am also a Certified Health and Life Coach living in Michigan and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) trained clinician. I find joy in guiding others toward living the life they desire. My passion for helping others began with many years of study, research, attending workshops, seminars, and formal education into the connection of the body, mind, and spirit. My interest lead me to helping children, individuals, and couples to treat anxiety, addiction, abandonment, making healthier food choices, and gut-related issues. As a health coach, I will guide you using the habit change model to connect the dots between your lifestyle choices, what you eat, and how you feel to help find the root causes of your chronic issues. As a clinician, I will be a guide toward facilitating the change that is best for your unique needs by utilizing either motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or another model that speak to your individualized care.
