Hello, glad you're here. I work with anxiety and associated trauma, PTSD, depression, and life changes. So what will therapy be like? Well first we look at what is going on in your life and what you want to change. And then we work on stabilizing through learning new ways to cope and through exploration of what you need. After that (or at the same time) we work on processing past trauma or life challenges. We also focus on exploring your goals, the things you want in life. I really like EMDR as a therapy, because it connects the body and mind during processing, but I have a lot of other tools as well (Mindfulness, CBT, Solution-focused, ERP, elements of IFS, weaving in creativity, and Narrative). During therapy we will figure out together what works the best for you. I have a free 20-minute consultation, so you can ask questions and learn more.
