Introduction

Everyone is capable of change, and everyone is capable of being the best version of themselves. I want to be your support and guide in your life, and wanting you to be open and honest in our work together. In the past, I have worked with those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, gender and identity concerns, emotional challenges or addiction. I also enjoy working with adults and adolescents and those who identify as BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+. My approaches used within my work are CBT, DBT, Solution-focused therapy, Motivational interviewing, Psychoanalysis, and Trauma focused therapy. I want to leave with the impression of I want our sessions to not feel as a burden but something you enjoy to come to, where we can have a open conversation, and where you feel safe and supported. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have and I otherwise will end with this- You have the power and key to do anything and that not all hope is lost when you are at the bottom.
