Introduction

I am a licensed therapist in the Greater New Haven area. I would love to help you in your journey towards healing and self discovery. Since opening the doors of my practice in 2009, I have worked with individuals, couples and families to navigate the challenges of life. We will identify your core strengths and resilience that enable you to face these challenges. Together we will create a roadmap and tools, so that you can reach your desired destination. I’m passionate about helping you to know yourself more deeply and to better cope with change. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. I look forward to hearing from you!
