Introduction

If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” If you need support managing emotions like grief and loss, anxiety, sadness or depression, anger, and more, Even if you just need someone to talk to in a nonjudgmental setting, I'm here to support and guide you through these feelings so that we may work together to find a way ahead. Anxiety, depression, grief and loss, racial identity, self-esteem, children of divorce, and anger management are my areas of expertise. For the past three years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I consistently offered trauma-informed care and evidence-based solutions! Unity is the foundation of my beliefs and core values. I believe that communities help us become resilient in the moments when we feel most alone. I’m sharing two more old African proverbs with you that I learned as a child from individuals in my African community. “None of us is as smart as all of us.” and “A person is a person because of other persons. I earned my social work bachelor's degree (BSW) from East Tennessee State University and my master's degree (MSW) from the University of South Florida. I studied in higher education for a total of five years, and I'm still learning from my clients every day!
