Introduction

I specialize in changing lives one word at a time. I help clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and suicidal/homicidal ideations. I tend to work with college students and young adults. I also have experience working with married men, children, adolescents with self-esteem issues, and career counseling. I am motivated to cause good growth in the lives of my clients. My primary therapeutic method focuses on helping the clients identify the problem and find solutions. However, clients are all unique, so my methods are changed based on the needs of the client. Clients truly get the most benefit from therapy when they are willing to invest in the process to helping themselves become better. I find joy in joining clients on their journey as I help them overcome challenges they face. I love what I do.
