Introduction

Relationships within our lives can be challenging. There are times where transitions and change can make life difficult. There are times where we need some help along our journey. I am here to facilitate a safe space in which we work together to meet goals that you want to achieve. You have the answers – I am here to help you find a quiet space to uncover those answers. I would like to invite you to be curious about the opportunities that life holds to facilitate the person and life you want to live. I love working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and diversities. I am interested in listening to the unique experiences of a person’s story, of your story. Where you have been, and where you are presently plays an important role in where you are going. I have worked with the body for over twenty years, including two years of postgraduate study in Chinese medicine, Reiki Master achievement, and a Bachelor’s in Comparative Mysticism. The more we understand how our body communicates to us, the more we can listen to and understand ourselves. I have my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
