Introduction

I have a Masters Degree in Licensed Professional Counseling and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I believe our world and our reality is shifting and that can be exciting as well as scary. It's hard to break free from expectations and roles we were told look and function a certain way. Past trauma that is unresolved holds us back and clouds our vision. Change is difficult and yet, change is the way we know we are growing.
