Introduction

Through all the unbelievably challenging hardships and losses life throws at us, I believe we each have a little bit of fight left in us to work towards healing, growth, and fulfillment. Through this lens, I listen empathically and respond with grace, compassion, and candor to support you through processing painful life experiences, resolving internal and interpersonal conflicts, addressing past & present relational wounds, developing helpful coping mechanisms, and arriving at a deeper awareness of yourself and others. It is a sincere privilege to be a part of your journey to help instill hope, nurture the strengths that already reside in you, and overall facilitate healing.
