Introduction

Life, always seems to have a lot more in store than we want or feel we can handle at any given time it seems. Navigating all of the curves some times roadblocks can be overwhelming and you may find that you need help processing and maneuvering what's coming at you. The need for a safe space to be yourself, ugly cry, and be emotionally vulnerable. Everyone and every place is not always equipped to handle what our needs are in those moments, but I hope to provide that space for you.
