Introduction

Hi I'm Donna! I've been a mental health therapist for over 25 years. I've always been fascinated by how our brain works; why we feel, think and act in ways that are not helpful. But, I'm also curious about what happy people get right. I've helped thousands of clients over the years; men, women, couples and teens, get unstuck from unhelpful thought patterns and overwhelming emotions- to move on to a greater sense of resilience and emotional regulation. In this space, all things are possible; improved relationships, increased confidence, a greater feeling of hope, optimism and courage to move out from under whatever has been holding you back. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also believe in the necessity of a healthy nervous system- to include proper nutrition, movement, sleep and gut health. I am licensed in both Florida and Georgia and provide counseling via a HIPAA compliant video platform. To work with me, you must reside and be located in either Florida or Georgia. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to become who you were always intended to be.
