Introduction

Through practicing clinical social work for 20 years in a variety of settings, I believe that the best healing occurs in a balanced relationship with self, others and nature. My work includes teaching clients interpersonal boundaries, empowerment and regulation skills while building healthy connections with the self and others. I utilize mind-body awareness, nature connection and cognitive skills during sessions. Clients can participate in Trauma Focused Yoga and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Services as well in both indoor and outdoor settings.
