At Heart Horse Healing, clients learn how stress and trauma affect the body and nervous system while building a multitude of skills for coping with what life throws at them. Join me to experience somatic (body-based) awareness, movement and nature connections; learn cognitive strategies to enhance your decision-making and problem-solving skills; and build healthier relationship patterns. Clients are invited to connect with their bodies through Trauma Conscious Yoga and build secure relationships through Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Sessions are provided in both indoor and outdoor settings.
