I believe that every individual, regardless of life challenges, has the capacity for hope and change. But sometimes we find ourselves caught up in unhealthy patterns from which we can’t seem to break free. Maybe it's a relationship issue or perhaps an addiction or habit you haven't been able to shake. Life gets stuck sometimes and finding freedom can be hard to do on our own. I will meet you where you are right now in your life and help you figure out where you want to go. My goal is to work in collaboration with you to resolve issues & reach life goals. My approach is both compassionate and goal-oriented, focusing on thoughtful exploration of the problem, and more importantly, change. Life can present us with difficulties and events that challenge our well-being and impact our ability to manage our life circumstances. Sometimes we need guidance, support, or assistance with processing our thoughts and feelings, or help with making difficult life decisions. Whether you are wrestling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or some other difficulty, you don't have to struggle alone.
