Introduction

As a client-centered therapist, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental approach in which you can feel safe to begin the healing journey. I firmly believe in building on my client's strengths and skills. My training and experience includes working with individuals and families recovering from trauma, grief, codependency and relationship difficulties. I tailor counseling to meet the needs of my client drawing from multiple healing approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Family Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Mindfulness Based practices.
