I see clients face to face in Northwest Arkansas or via tel-health, in Arkansas, Missouri, Florida and Idaho My clients tell me as I listen, give perspective, and use humor they find the answers they need to make desired life changes. I have specialized in the issues of substance abuse and trauma for years. Coping with anxiety, depression relationships are part of the process. I have been certified in EMDR, use CBT, DBT and an eclectic variety of treatments If you did not think you could feel differently or gain some understanding of what happened in life, you would not be reading theses words.
